Hide hidden streets, dungeons and special areas in Consumption by default

Idan Cohen requested to merge feature/consumption-area-filter into genocide

Hidden streets, dungeon copies and special activity maps clutter the Consumption page. Add a default website area filter and an Include hidden and special areas checkbox to restore the full view. The explicit 20-category list covers hidden/dungeon labels, party quests, events, carnival/arena maps, Dojo and related special activities; it is documented in docs/world-reporting.md and stored in report-excluded-areas.json.

The API accepts comma-separated excludeAreas and matches complete area labels before the map-name colon, ignoring case and repeated whitespace. Filtering precedes remaining counts and pagination, combines with level bounds, and follows inherited linked-map names. Recorded-kill totals remain global. Requests without excludeAreas and the in-game commands retain the full report. No content, consumption or gameplay state is removed or modified. Related to #22 (closed) and #26 (closed).

Validation: all 22 frontend tests, Node reporting contracts and production frontend build pass. Tests cover default exclusions, include-all restoration, pagination/reset, inclusive levels, exact-category matching, whitespace/case, wide recorded totals and malformed query input. A zero-consumption catalogue audit filters 2,400 of 3,231 maps, leaving 831 maps / 18,355 monsters / 162 pages; these are synthetic counts, not production claims. Desktop and 390px mobile rendered interactions verify filtering, restoration of the Gold Richie linked maps, combined levels/pagination and no horizontal page overflow. Existing build/test warnings remain unchanged.
