Inherit readable names for linked maps in consumption reports

Idan Cohen requested to merge fix/linked-map-names into genocide

Linked maps with no String.wz name currently display as Map , even when their content source has a readable name. Prefer each map's own name, then its one-hop linked source's name, then the numeric fallback. Apply the same lookup to the independent Java and Python catalogue readers. Maps keep their own IDs, populations and consumption records.

For example, 390000001 now displays Unique Road: Gold Richie's Treasures <1>, inherited from 390000000. Related to #22 (closed) and #26 (closed).

Validation: four Python reporting tests and the Node report contract pass. Fixtures cover inherited names, an explicit name overriding the linked name, an empty name, a genuinely unnamed map and separate per-map kill records. Full catalogue comparison recovers 979 map names across 1,733 rows; all 5,313 rows retain every non-name field and metadata warnings remain zero. Three maps still have no source name or named link (229030200, 229030600, 229030900), so retain their numeric labels. CI independently compiles/exports Java and compares every entry with the website catalogue, including a regression for the reported Golden Pig map. No database writes or world loads are introduced.
