Show character avatars in User Management

Character cards in User Management → Characters now show the character portrait instead of an initial. Reuse the existing Avatar component and /api/character/avatar-url endpoint, including its polling and missing-URL placeholder, with spacing that preserves the portrait dimensions.

Closes #47 (closed).

Validation on fix/47-character-avatars at 0bb057c6f (based on genocide at 76e344abd):

  • Production frontend build passed; existing unused-variable warnings in EmailVerificationForm.js and Login.js, plus outdated Browserslist data.
  • Existing frontend suite passed: 15 tests (download coverage; no avatar-specific automated tests).
  • Built UI checked in the browser using local fixture responses: loaded portrait and missing-URL placeholder, alongside character names, levels and stats. The portrait fixture was synthetic; production avatar generation and live account data were not exercised.
  • git diff --check passed.

Not deployed; draft for review. No server, gameplay, downloads or CI changes.
